ALL INCLUSIVE is based on a European network of partner organisations in each participating country. The regional co-ordinating organisations provide overall co-ordination, liaison and cohesion between the various structures involved:

• institutes or organizations working with young handicapped people, to provide the local participants with disabilities
• the National Agency for the programme YOUTH, to provide the international volunteers (=EVS)
• partners to provide the practical work of the pilot activites, can be a local community renovating a public park, a school building a play ground or painting their house, a wine grower needing help for the harvest, …
• facilitators and leaders for the activity and its respective overall programme
• possible further donors

In order to create a sustainable but also realistic project outcome, partner organisations with different profiles and target groups (e.g. organisations working with disabled young people, youth exchange organisations etc) collaborate in this project, so to get expertise and differing perspectives from all and enable a mutual learning effect between all partners.

In the frame of ALL INCLUSIVE, each partner organisation hosts and co-ordinates different parts of the project, described precisely in the section WORKCAMPS and TRAININGS .
